looking for
the right
individual
to be part
of our
growing
team.
This
position
will provide
demonstrated
leadership,
broad
oversight &
management
of staff &
projects,
and
education &
training for
key
functional
areas within
ACHC.
Job
Requirements:
Registered
Nurse with a
Masters
degree in a
health care
related
field;
minimum of
10 years
experience
in a home
care setting
with
supervisory
and
accreditation
and/or
licensure
compliance
experience.
Our
candidate
must have
excellent
communication
and writing
skills with
computer
literacy and
proficiency
in the use
of databases
&
spreadsheet/office
system
programs;
must have
experience
working with
Medicare/Medicaid
/PPS payers.
Moderate
travel is
required.
Preferred
Qualifications:
We prefer a
candidate
with strong
home health
and hospice
knowledge of
Medicare
COPs and an
understanding
of hospital
COPs; have a
demonstrated
ability to
effectively
network in
the industry
and make
educational
presentations;
and have
knowledge of
disease
management.
