for a
dynamic
individual
to fill the
role of
Homecare
Administrator.
This
position
will assume
the
administrative
authority,
responsibility,
and
accountability
of directing
the
activities
and programs
of the
homecare
agency.
Duties
include:
maintaining
a good
public
relations
program that
serves the
best
interest of
the agency
and the
community.
Create and
maintain
positive
motivation
and
continuous
improvement
among the
staff.
Assist in
the
recruitment
and
selection of
competent
supervisory
and other
personnel.
This
individual
will act as
the lead for
most areas
of the
business,
reports
directly to
CEO of
corporation.
Qualified
applicants
must be a
licensed
Registered
Nurse from
an
accredited
college,
B.S. in
nursing is
preferred.
Applicant
must have a
minimum of 5
years in the
healthcare
field, with
a minimum of
3 years in
home health.
Must possess
leadership
ability,
experienced
in Human
resource
management,
business
administration,
supervisory
skills and
be computer
savvy.
Applicant
must be
knowledgeable
of third
party
reimbursement
regulations,
nursing
practices
and
procedures,
managed care
organizations,
and highly
technical
home care.
