Home Health Director

Reporting to the President and CEO, the Director of Home Health is responsible for overseeing the Home Health Program, Employee Wellness, and providing oversight for the nursing practices throughout the organization.

-Minimum of RN with Bachelor's degree;
-Master's degree preferred.
-Requires 2-3 years experience in home health including experience in a supervisory capacity.
-Must be knowledgeable of evidence-based practice and regulatory guidelines.
