Home Health Nursing Opportunities!!

Community Care, Inc is recruiting full time and pay-per-visit Home Health RN 's to work in Scott, Clinton, and Jones County. Successful candidate will assess health conditions and initiate and monitor the plan of care.

Fundamental understanding of people with mental illness and developmental disabilities, the ability to work collaboratively, and RN degree required.

1-3 years clinical experience strongly preferred. Full-time employees enjoy 20 days PTO plus paid holidays the first year; Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, and more.
