ICF-MR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Manager for a care facility in DeWitt, IA, who will direct the ICF/MR program with a focus on quality and measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for all ICF/MR services and program functions, including but not limited to:  referrals, admissions, assessments, treatment planning, and discharges.  

Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 3-5 years experience in the delivery, planning, coordination, or administration of human services as well as management/supervisory experience required.
