Clerk
The Quality
Management
Clerk is
responsible
for
gathering,
tracking,
and
organizing
Quality
Improvement
documentation
and
providing
general
clerical
support for
the
Community
Based
programs and
Quality
Improvement
initiatives
throughout
the agency.
Responsible
for
developing
spreadsheets
and
PowerPoint
presentations.
Will conduct
audits on
files
ensuring
documentation
includes
necessary
information
to meet
billing
standards.
Requires
Associate’s
degree or
equivalent
years
experience
demonstrating
related
knowledge,
skills and
abilities
(e.g.
knowledge of
state/federal
regulations,
knowledge of
quality
improvement
theory and
processes,
spreadsheet
development.)
