Incumbent
will
coordinate,
develop, and
monitor
IPPs,
including
programming
needs
for 38
residents.
Fundamental
understanding
of people
with mental
illness, the
ability to
work
collaboratively,
and B.A. in
Social Work
or related
field
required.
2-3 years
clinical
and/or case
management
experience
strongly
preferred.
