Administrator

Iowa Home Care is looking for a dynamic Administrator to work in North Western Iowa (counties of Webster, Calhoun, Hamilton, Pochahontas, Humboldt, Wright, Franklin, Grundy, etc.).  This individual will be responsible for:

·         Recruitment, hiring, & staffing
·         Patient care coordination
·         Care planning
·         Direct sales
·         Education & in-services
·         Conducting annual agency evaluations

Requirements

·         Must have RN with current Iowa licensure
·         Previous home care experience
·         Current drivers license and auto insurance
·         Previous management experience is preferred
·         BSN preferred
·         Experience with point of care system and OASIS C preferred
