Clinical Manager

St. Luke’s Home Care in Sioux City is looking for a strong clinical manager to direct an excellent team of home care nurses and other home care professionals.  This individual will be responsible for:

·         Hiring, coaching and mentoring

·         Creating a culture of strong innovation, teamwork and professional practice

·         Patient care coordination and care planning

·         Continuous improvement in patient care

·         Sound fiscal management

Requirements

• Must have RN with current Iowa licensure

• Previous home care experience

• Previous management experience is preferred

• BSN preferred

• Experience with point of care system and OASIS C preferred
