RN - Case Manager

Qualified candidates will have great assessment skills, IV skills, an eye for detail and must be highly organized. Previous home care experience and OASIS knowledge is preferred. A current Iowa nursing license and reliable transportation are required. Weekend position will be 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Friday-Sunday.
