The Project
Manager will
be
responsible
for managing
the day to
day
operational
aspects of a
project;
identifying
resources
and
establishment
of project
schedules,
moving
projects
forward and
accelerating
progress,
provide
first time
support to
improvement
teams,
maintain
project
documentation
and provide
input and
assist in
the
development
of project
materials
and
performance
improvement
tools.
Qualified
candidates
will possess
a bachelor’s
degree and 5
years
experience
in
healthcare
and/or
business and
have general
knowledge of
business and
management
principles.
Must have
superior
work
planning and
project
management
skills to
coordinate
and manage
large,
multifaceted
projects and
be able to
negotiate
and build
consensus
among groups
or
individuals
with diverse
interests
and function
effectively
as a team
leader.
Six Sigma
Black Belt,
Six Sigma
Green Belt
or Lean
Specialist
designation
or process
improvement/statistical
methods
experience
is
preferred.
