Vice President-Corporate Communications/Business Development

The Vice President of Corporate Communication and Business Development will be responsible for planning, organizing and implementing all facets of marketing communication activities to support strategic initiatives, increase public awareness and promote Iowa Health Home Care.  They will interface with the public relations department at Iowa Health-Des Moines and Iowa Health System, including working closely with e-business for the IHHC website.  The VP will develop and manage our communications program and work with our organization to identify research, analyze, and bring to market new businesses, new companies, new products and new service areas.

Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in public relations/communications or related field and 5 years of experience in management in large home health operations. Must also have a minimum of 3 years of marketing, sales and/or public relations experience.  Knowledge of business management, ability to market aggressively and an ability to supervise is preferred.  We offer competitive salary and benefits that include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, disability insurance and paid time off.
