Clinical Intake Coordinator

Mercy North Iowa, Mason City, IA 

JOB SUMMARY: Process referrals for all Homecare services and provide clinical information for admission. Supervise all home health aides and provide in-service education. 

QUALIFICATIONS : Current State of Iowa Registered Nurse License is required. Completion of an A.D.N. program is required. BSN preferred. Must have demonstrated competency in health care with a minimum of 2 years experience required. Home health experience preferred. Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
