RN Case Manager

ResCare is seeking a licensed RN to supervise and manage cases in the Washington/Fairfield area as well as the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City areas. The RN will be responsible for direct skilled nursing care delivered to clients in their home, utilizing physician orders and professional skills as well as assisting in maintaining a home health plan that meets each client's specific needs. This position is a full time, salaried position with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, LTD and 401K. 1 yr minimum acute experience is required.  Home care experience is desired but we will train the right candidate.
