The
Director of
Marketing
for Home and
Community
Based
Services
will develop
and oversee
the
marketing,
public
relations
and
community
education
activities
for the
purpose of
promoting
Community
Based
services to
all
providers,
beneficiaries
and the
public.
This
position is
responsible
for
effectively
developing
initiatives
and
providing
sales and
marketing
leadership
to Community
Liaison
Staff to
meet or
exceed all
growth and
development
targets. The
right
candidate
will actively
establish
and maintain
market
awareness,
as well as
professional
relationships
with
referral
sources,
including
physicians,
nursing
homes,
assisted
living
facilities
and hospital
personnel.
The Director
will also
identify new
business
opportunities,
acquire new
business
accounts and
increase our
relationship
with
existing key
accounts,
resulting in
an increase
in
business in
accordance
with the
WesleyLife
business
plan and
budget.
Our ideal
candidate
will have
prior
experience
in home
health care
and/or
hospice
marketing
with a
minimum of a
bachelors
degree in
Marketing or
related
Health or
Community
Services
field. Three
years direct
customer
sales
experience
is expected
with a track
record of
meeting or
exceeding
sales
performance
goals.
Candidates
must
demonstrate
the ability
to interact
with a wide
range of
home health,
hospice and
private duty
customers,
including
consumers,
regulatory
agencies,
health care
institutions,
referral
sources, and
community
organizations
and
demonstrate excellent
verbal and
written
communication
as well as
exceptional
presentation
skills.
