Status:
Full-time,
Exempt
Schedule:
Primarily
Monday-Friday,
first shift.
Primary
Functions:
Directs and
supervises
the staff,
maintains
accountability
for the
management
of, and has
ultimate
authority
and
responsibility
for the
nursing
services
provided for
the
department.
Qualifications:
Must be a
graduate of
an
accredited
school of
nursing and
be currently
licensed to
practice as
a Registered
Nurse in
Iowa.
Bachelor’s
Degree in
Nursing
required by
2013.
Minimum of
three years
of previous
experience
in Home &
Community
Health
preferred.
Previous
management
experience
preferred.
Must have
demonstrated
organizational
abilities
and strong
interpersonal
skills.
Must possess
valid BLS
certification.
Must have
valid
completion
of Mandatory
Reporter
training for
Child and
Dependent
Adult Abuse.
Must possess
valid Iowa
driver’s
license.
Must be able
to read,
speak, and
write fluent
English.
