Booth registration due: April 30, 2010 

Early bird registration due:  January 29, 2010 (To qualify for the EARLY BIRD rates, all registration forms must be received and paid in full before the date indicated. Registrations that do not have payment will not be processed and the exhibitor will be charged the floor price at move-in.)

Dimensions: 10’ X 10’ booth

Includes: 8’ Draped Table, 2 Folding Chairs, and Free Wireless Internet throughout the entire Events and Conference Center

Options: Electricity and other equipment and accessories may be arranged through the Expo Coordinator (ahuisman@iowahomecare.org) – information available upon registration or as requested.
Note: All optional services require a separate fee. 

 

Shipping: The Meadows Events and Conference Center is able to store exhibit displays or merchandise up to 2 days ahead of the event. Additional charges will apply for all boxes shipped directly to The Meadows prior to June 4th. All shipping arrangements must be coordinated through the Expo Coordinator (ahuisman@iowahomecare.org or 515.282.3965) by May 15.

In addition to your company name and exhibit booth number, please indicate the following information on all packages shipped to The Meadows:

Please keep in mind that packages arriving at The Meadows prior to June 4th will incur charges to the exhibitor. If you have any questions, please contact the Expo Coordinator (ahuisman@iowahomecare.org or 515.282.3965) .

 

Booth placement: Booth numbers are confirmed 7-14 days prior to the event based on (1) sponsorship level; (2) date of registration/payment received; and (3) placement of competing companies.

Parking at The Meadows 

A shuttle service between the host hotel, as well as other area hotels, and The Meadows Events and Conference Center will be provided by The Meadows. There is abundant parking at The Meadows, and shuttle service from the parking lot to the front doors of the casino is available. Valet parking is also available at the casino entrance for hassle-free parking.
