Each year IAHC strives to focus attendees attention in the exhibit hall. Adjusting the exhibit hall hours and establishing exhibit hall only events are ways to make that happen. For example, all food and beverage events will be in the exhibit hall again this year. Other examples include the massage station and networking opportunities. Due to its popularity, the "Big Wheel of Fortune" (featuring door prize opportunities for attendees) will be operating during exhibit hall hours.

        Exhibit Hall Set-up: Monday, June 7^th (7:00 pm – 9:00 pm)

Note: The Exhibit Hall is separate, but adjacent, to the meeting rooms.

 

Exhibit Hall Hours:  Exhibit Hall is open 7:00 am – 3:30 pm on Tuesday, June ^8th:

  7:00 am – 8:00 am          Conference Registration Check-in & Grand Opening of the Exhibit Hall

  9:30 am – 10:15 am        Break in Exhibit Hall

12:30 pm –  1:30 pm        Recognition Luncheon & Annual Business Meeting in Exhibit Hall

  1:30 pm – 2:00 pm         Break in Exhibit Hall

  3:00 pm – 3:30 pm         Break in Exhibit Hall

 

Exhibit Hall Tear-down:  Tuesday, June ^8th (3:30 pm – 4:30 pm)

Social Hour will be from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm. All exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to stay for the social hour with the conference participants. This will give you the opportunity to further network with participants without being confined to your exhibit booth.
