Dear Prospective Exhibitor,

 The 2010 Iowa Alliance in Home Care “Annual Conference & Expo” is returning to The Meadows Events & Conference Center, a facility that received rave reviews from attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and guests from last year's conference. The IAHC Education Committee is planning to make the 2010 Annual Conference and Expo the best event in its history!    

We hope that you're planning to join us in June! The conference site is very easy to access for highway or air travel. The Meadows Events & Conference Center is located just 20 minutes from the Des Moines International airport.   

We have taken extra steps to maximize attendee exposure to your products and services.  These include: 

• Better Floor Plan – This year IAHC plans to maximize and optimize all available space at The Meadows Events & Conference Center. The IAHC Education Committee is excited about the space configuration and believes that all exhibit space will be premium real estate. All food and beverage events will be held in the exhibit hall.
• More Exhibitor Benefits – Spacious booth dimensions with pipe and drape. Complimentary ticket to our recognition luncheon.  Sponsor booth placement to draw attendees through the exhibit hall.
• Attendee Engagement Feature – In the past, IAHC has developed one or more activities for attendees that fully engages them with all exhibitors and draws traffic through the exhibit hall. Activities utilized in the past include a trivia contest and the very popular IAHCO (exhibitor bingo). The IAHC Education Committee is currently developing a fun and interactive activity that will benefit both exhibitors and attendees.

Who Attends?

Attendees typically include Home Health Agency administrators, directors, financial managers, and clinical managers. This is our largest annual event. Over 150 home health care professionals are expected to attend. New this year, there will be three rather than two concurrent tracks. One track will focus on the traditional administrative topics, one track will focus more directly on clinical topics, and the third track will have a generic focus. This is expected to draw a larger and more diversified audience.
