Implementation of New Automatic
Speech Recognition Option
Delayed
Cahaba issued an email message
on November 14, 2008, informing
providers of the Automatic
Speech Recognition (ASR) option
to be implemented into the
Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
system on November 19, 2008.
Due to unforeseen technical
issues that arose during the
testing process, the
implementation of the ASR option
has been delayed. Please watch
your email messages from Cahaba
for an update of when the ASR
option will be available.
